Agreed! People should be confined to wearing government assigned burlap sacks (it’s burlap from Japan, fashioned after a model from the 30s. Lengthy to hide the calves). Personality is for children.

Personally I have a pair of 2 inch inseam shorts in the mail. Custom made with Shinki teacore. D pocket and a side zip.
Must be regional. Here in Canada 99 percent of people wear shorts in summer. The other one percent of people are either old men or trying to hide chicken legs.
OP - it can work, but I’m curious which temperature range facilitates the need for a jacket but not pants.
Anyone have the black Badalassi? I think I prefer the more matte finish (from what I’ve seen in pics) compared to the pigment Shinki. I’m just wondering if it squeaks at all? It seems Badalassi is usually pretty loud.
