THE Dress - Butterick 4790
Is this dress easy to make? Ive been dying to make it, but I only have the patern pieces and not the instructions. Do I even need them or is it possible for a novice sewer to make it without them? Or... If someone have the instructions to PM or mail me? ;)- Bettie Booh

foofogal, thx for the link, but they only had manuals to vintage machine, mine isnt. And Inky, yeah, I know, but I cant afford it, and I dont want to pay a lot of money for a sewingmachine that technically isn't mine. I'll just wait for someone to give me a new one ;)- Bettie Booh

The Sims 2 downloads?
If your files are a sims2pack file, you just click on them. Otherwise, I dont know... All my downloads are in .zip or .rar. Have you enabled custom content in your game? Oh, and I found this link, it has tons of vintage and retro stuff to download, havent tried it yet, just found it.- Bettie Booh

Im not sure, I think it was the meshes thet wasn't included or didnt work properly. Very well, I need to reinstall my Sims game anyway, so I have to reinstall all the downloads, maybe I can find the meshes somewhere. Google is my friend, even though I haven found anything with her aid.- Bettie Booh

Oh I thought I've downloaded all I needed from modthesims.net already lol found some items I didnt have, like the petticoat and the housedresses (gosh, I love them, I want them for myself), otherwise, theyre all pretty much on my computer already. Yeah, but whats the poitn of asking me when he doesnt like my style? lol He thinks it looks "gay", in his words. I dont plan to make him wear vintage 24/7, nor live like I do, becaouse he doesnt want to, but it would be nice if he at least had some clothes, as you say, for special occasions...- Bettie Booh
