Hey folks, I came across this mysterious and interesting jacket on FB marketplace and was curious on the value and when it was made. Unfortunately no, I have tried to wipe it with mixture of vinegar and water then brush with saddle soap but the white spots remain- TommyM

I can see that the color of the back had faded significantly compared to the front, the shoulders are losing color and there are numerous white “dots”...- TommyM
