Thank you. For some reason, I got no notification as to this reply.
UK generally uses inches, too, with shoe sizes being 1 or 1/2 larger than the US but based the same, measurements of length, circumference being inch, as well as suit sizes being seemingly the same.
UK and US women's clothing...
I was wondering what fashion afficionados' thoughts were on Brooklyn's "Bling Bling Bishop", not wearing his detachable collar bishop's shirt here, now that he's minus $400,000 in neckwear. . .
Sorry I'm late to the punch here, but have been off for ages:
I can confirm that the two metal clips on the sides of morning dress pants set off metal detectors.
You'll doubtless have a similar problem in an airport.
Aren't there suspenders that don't have any metal in them? I'd recommend...
My friend in Europe asked me a question about sizes (although I admitted I'm sadly not familiar enough with women's sizes as I'd like to be) and she was asking me about cup sizes varying from brand to brand.
Then I noticed that 36 is way bigger than 80, unless this isn't inches/centimeters? If...

What if I don't wear a wristwastch?
Still bracelet on dominant hand?
And, maybe a lady can advise me here, because they seem to be the ones with personalized, lettered bracelets, should the words face down towards the hand (where others can read them right) or up towards the arm (where I can...
Well, class or fraternal ring is supposed to be on the third digit away from the thumb, think it's on the dominant hand.
But I think watches are supposed to be on the recessive?
Pocket watches were on the recessive side in the waistcoat/vest pocket so that the dominant hand could reach across...
I've never worn a bracelet before, and not a watch for probably almost a decade.
Anyway, I've never done this before, but for charity, I have this gel bracelet with the charity name printed on it.
With dress clothes, what's the RIGHT way to wear it? Words up or down? On the dominant hand or...
@Wally_Hood, you have me cracking up with the comment about the "wrong hands on cameras and film." LOL!
I'm gonna catch "Interstellar" in IMAX. I had a long, angry conversation about the difference between IMAX film ($70,000 film print, 12,000 lines of resolution going across) and IMAX...
Brian: Perhaps they aren't. Too bad. They should be!
Unless, of course, they eschew the incredible addictiveness of an internet connection! I've been a junkie 15 years now! It has taken its toll, only half kidding :-0
I heard they withdrew the five(?) 35mm prints, that they spent $6 million to restore, BTW, from circulation when they did that Fathom Event showing bull****.
The theatre I saw it at used the video preview projector to show the movie. So not even true HD and the prints disappeared off the...
If you are talking about the place I think you are, last time I was in town, most of the shows there even were DLP. Maybe not their fault, but still not worth my showing up if they don't get in prints. Got the $100 Bluray olayer and the 48" set at home. DLP has effectively zero advantage, and...
