I tried on the newer fit J24 at a local store and found it too be too boxy.
It's personal taste but for a slimmer, more tailored look this looks great.
Unfortunately this size is just a bit too snug for me.

From my experience, if you don't know your measurements well It's best to get measured in person. Yes not practical w most makers here. Taking your own measurements and sending them in gives them an good idea but but far from perfect no matter how "great" the maker is. That's the big problem...
This topic is great for newbies trying to figure out their measurements.
From reading here/other posts and from my very limited experience, it seems like the P2P number is the most important number as to weather the jacket will fit, be too tight or too big.
For me if the fit in chest is off...
The fit does look great. If you're happy w the leather and fit, I'd do what CP suggested and get back to Greg soon and work it out where he replaces the zips and does the cuff leather and you'll have a great jacket.
In the '80s and '90s bikers, rock and roll guys, blue collar guys etc had one leather jacket, maybe two and wore it 24/7. Many didn't have money to buy multiple jackets and saw no reason for more. A lot of today's buyers are different and buy multiple jackets so they get a lot less wear. Also...
I was in the Real McCoys store in Tokyo 2 days ago and the J24's were 250000 Yen. ($1650USD)
I couldn't believe the price.
They had one of each size except my size, 42. J100 the same. Freewheels only had 4 jackets. Very nice guy there.
