I think the jacket came out great but personally if I waited 16 months for a custom jacket and had picked out zippers that I sent him special for it I’d be devastated that he didn’t use the zippers! I’ve never gotten this via postage. It usually comes to me via text or email. Just look up the tracking number online to see if it has any fees.. there probably is tax. I had to pay tax for my thedi’s.- Squirrel_hero
