My 16yr old daughter is going to the ROTC formal with her boyfriend. He has to wear his dress uniform of course and she has to wear a prom type dress. ( Prom dresses are ridiculously “sexy” these days and way too much skin for 16-17 yr olds to be had……..but it is the current style.)...
