Nooo!!! I like seeing outerwear other than leather jackets in this thread. As much as I love leather like the rest of you, it’s also good seeing the peacoats, Harrington’s and even lumberjacks!
I bought a couple of Bronson T’s from an American reseller. Thickness is good, but I’m not loving the pattern that much: narrow shoulders, boxy body and sleeves a tad long.

My best advice to myself would be to measure several times, but not to overthink it - go with your gut. Start with that initial spark of an idea and roll with it. If you overthink and tweak it endlessly, you’re left with something that doesn’t match the initial idea that got you excited.

During my sabbaticals from TFL, I’ve spent some time exploring trad menswear on a budget. Usually with Daniel Craig era Bond flavour.
The Wingman shown on their site is an all-time favourite of mine, but there is no way I’m waiting over a year to get one.
My tastes seem to change (or swing like a pendulum?) every 12-18 months. If I ordered it today, chances are that by the time I got it I’d be more interested in some other style
When you say you only wear suits now (while not sitting on the floor) … are we talking Bruno Cucinelli or are we talking head to toe leather racing suits?

My old Gardeners are in a sad state and not worth resoling, so I sent of a pair of Craftsman. Wasn’t prepared to risk anything to the Lachlans and I have a suede pair of Craftsmaen that I don’t know what to do with
