They are an expensive brand of jackets, too expensive to buy sight/fit unseen... what do you think?
Do you generally order and then return if you don't like it?
Are they usually consistent? like jacket model 1 A will look/feel just like jacket model 1 B?
I'm interested in getting one in the future, probably a 641 (I like the idea they are shorter), maybe a 141.
Now when people refer to softness I'm not sure what they mean. Are they talking about like how if you grab a jacket, how hard or easy it is to squeeze it together or move it around in...
I like jackets that drape and I think some jackets look good when they drape.. others like bombers or biker jackets look better thick and smooth..
anyway my current jack, it's lamb/sheep, fairly thick comparatively.. but feels like it could tear easier than goat/cow if you know what I mean.
For years now i've always wanted this one leather jacket at malls... it was sooo smooth..
but went back tonight, saw it and realized that while the jacket is thick from the lining, the leather feels sooo thin.. I don't know why but that seems cheap to me.
Compared to my lamb/sheep skin...
I've been spoiled by a nice leather jacket I now own made of a thick lambskin (sheep?). It's both smooth/soft and thick.
The ones at the mall seem so so so poor compared to them.
But I have a hard time finding leather jackets.
Aero and Schott seem more motorcycle style and expensive but I...
Outstanding looking jacket. I really want a navy blue leather jacket now.
I had the totally wrong impression of all horsehide before seeing this... they all looked like crumpled up tin foil but this looks amazing!
I wonder how much cow compares to horse in this kind of jacket? Smoothness?

I have always envisioned owning a leather bomber jacket like this. It is distressed which is nice, but what really sets it off is the vision of it being thick...
Appreciate the big list Seth, thank you.
I know.. everywhere I go people are upset I don't search. But the truth is I search a lot.. just not everything so I ask the question instead of spending the time, if that makes sense. Or I'll ask when it's too specific to me to be something that was...
I would like a link to a store or website that sells fedoras... but not the crappy ones (I hate the ones with small small brims) like at target but something maybe made out of wool that's around the $40-60 mark. Something that looks like a real fedora but cheap enough I can get multiple colors..
Then by all means don't answer the question. It's not like someone is putting a gun to your head. And this is a virtual place, it's not like a real room with each thread representing a box... there is not going to be clutter..
I fail to see how asking what size I should get isn't specific to...
Google can't answer specific questions that pertain to me though. That's what I don't understand, I see "Search for it!" "google it!" so much it makes me wonder, are people are allergic to good ol' fashion conversation? Maybe that's it, I'm just old fashioned.. I like to talk to real people...
Btw I should say I really like your blog! Thanks for the link
Though I didn't really see any links for stores..
Not trying to be rude to the moderator but look at it from my point of view.. I posted two topics I was really excited about and they were stuffed somewhere that moves quicker than...
