Nutrition and exercise!
Do you know what? I'm just rubbish at dieting. I'll start a diet, fail miserably after a couple of days because they're all too restrictive, and then feel so crap about myself for failing that I end up eating more rubbish. Hi Inky, thanks so much for the nice comments! I used a cotton fabric I found in the bargain bin too! You can't really see from the picture, but it has the cutest circus-themed print all over it. I didn't want to use anything expensive, in case I totally messed it up...but the cotton creases...- Swing Kitty

Aww, thanks ladies :D I used a Sense & Sensibility pattern I've got lots of vintage patterns that I've slowly collected from Ebay, but I'm so scared to use them cause they're quite brittle! This one was really easy to follow too - although, not very accurate. I think it's hand drawn...- Swing Kitty

If you are heading to Brick Lane, there's a few other shops along the main market street that are amazing, but also try heading down some of the side streets that are a bit quieter and there are some lovely vintage shops. Hmm, maybe I'll try pillow rollers - I can curl my hair with a straightening iron and get a similar effect to pin-curls, but it absolutely ruins my hair! My hairdresser tells me off about all my split ends...- Swing Kitty

Thanks for the heads up about the thread on lipsticks...my Chanel one is running though, and it costs a lot! I tend to just apply one coat of lipstick using a brush, then immediately put the sealer on - but only a really light coat, because otherwise it takes a long time to dry and then you...- Swing Kitty

Ha ha, I thought so! It is a really nice lipstick though... The She Laq stuff does dry out your lips a bit, but most make up sealers seem to do this - I think that's the choice you have to make for staying power! Right, this is my first ever post! I'm a huge red lipstick fan, so had to reply to this thread... I also exfoliate my lips with a toothbrush, then I use my usual facial moisturiser (Clinique dramatically different) on my lips.
