How does he get that to stay on his head? It looks like it's about sixteen sizes too big. Maybe it has a really thick sweatband. :D Otherwise, Steur's description of a cross between "a mountain and a turd" seems about right, although I'd lean more towards the turd. :oops: -

At least you still have the two-day option. For us, Prime delivery choices have run 4-5 days or more for at least the last year. We do live in a rural area, but are less than an hour away from a major population center that has major shipping hubs for USPS, UPS, and Fedex. But often Amazon still... -

Baking soda discolored my Akubra Cattleman. Anyway to save it?
You might try vacuuming it with a brush attachment. That will probably get the baking soda out, but won't correct the altered texture from sanding. -
