Vintage Tudor 7965 from 1959. I was looking for something with a bit of warm patina and this happened to cross my path in somewhat rough shape. I sent it to my watch shop and it came back looking beautiful. I am loving it.
I have for sale a Bermans size 40l Double Rider style motorcycle jacket. I have lost too much weight, and have had to start sizing down. For sale at $75 shipped and paypalled! Can't argue with that!
The jacket has a great worn patina on it. There are a couple stained areas in the leather, but...
Thanks! 32.5 is just a bit too small for me. I can't do anything less than 35, which is too bad because I have been on the hunt for a vintage Alpina, just waiting for the right one to pop up.
GLWS.
My wife and I just moved to a new city and we became a 1 car family. So I sold my toy cars. The BMW was the city/bad weather driver and the Lexus was the tourer.
We are hoping to leave the city in 4 years or so and I am anxiously awaiting purchasing another toy car.
That's nuts. I actually really like Excelled. What is the measurement in the back? One of the vintage shops in my city has an Excelled 40R, but it is a little bit short. I have a hard time finding leather jackets used because I am 6'2" and a lot of the regular sizes end up not even hitting my...
I am actually hunting for a new leather jacket like this, but I think your jacket is a bit big. The only reason I am selling this is because I need a size 38. If I were bigger or your jacket were a bit smaller we could have made a perfect trade!
Have you looked at different Moc Toe boots like the Red Wing 875 or Thorogood Moc Toe? These boots are incredibly comfortable, both have goodyear welt so they can be resoled in the states. The Vibram sole on both boots is incredible comfortable, a little slick in wet conditions, but great boots.
Haha, yeah. I guess the real thing is that I want one, but I am a living room guitarist only these days and struggle having more than 2 guitars, especially because I hardly ever play electric anymore. But when I do my PRS SC245 does great. :)
I had one of those old CIJ Strats a couple years ago. It was a great guitar with a cool blue finish. I have switched to being a 2 guitar man, and the MIJ isn't what I kept. They are great guitars for the buck, although they seem to have gone up in price these days.
If I ever find one of the...
After googling how to measure pit to pit it seems I measured wrong. This is my first time selling a jacket, because usually I hoard them or give them away.
Actual Pit to Pit is 22 inches from one seam to the other.
I have a 40L Military Issued Cooper G1 jacket that I am letting go. Looking for $120 Paypalled and shipped. In great shape small white spot on arm and small rubbing mark on the left sleeve.
New to TheFedoraLounge, but I have good feedback on different watch forums, and can provide references.
Could you link me to the "Price Guide"? I searched the forum for it but couldn't find it. 17j should be referring to the jewels in the movement instead of the actual name of the watch or name of the movement.
If it has full Arabic numbering all around, a double date aperture and a moonphase...
It's an Angelus. Unfortunately I didn't keep any better pictures of it. Live the watch though. Look up the Angelus Datoluxe. Outside Patek I think it is the best vintage moonphase layout.
This is the only picture I have of my last vintage watch. I am now on the hunt for a different variant of this watch (the 256 DatoLuxe), but 34mm is hard for me to wear with over 7 inch wrists. I generally wear 39mm or bigger watches. Most commonly on my wrist right now is a mark 40 Speedmaster.
