No they didn't forget me.........I think it just happened to coincide with the start of the recession and the unstable stock market. I actually spoke with Mr. Eastman and he explained that the jacket was still on order with no real time frame available. Totally understandable but an e-mail to...
Aero B-6
Just as a heads-up for anyone that cares:
Amanda quoted 4-6 weeks for an order for an Aero B-6 a few days ago.........................not bad. (She is great to deal with)
I had ordered a Rough Wear B-6 from Eastman back in the fall and they quoted me 4-6 weeks and after...
Beautiful jacket............The fleece does look awfully thick for a D-1, though. Might just be the picture. My Eastman D-1 has 1/4 inch fleece, which is 1/2 of the B-3. I thought the D-1 originally had this thinner fleece.....maybe not. I also have an Aero B-6 which also has the 1/4" fleece...
I'd appreciate any opinions on the Quality differences between the 2-brands. I own an Eastman B-3 and it is top-notch with very good materials and attention to detail. I have a chance to get a good deal on an Aero B-6 and was wondering if it is worth the time.

thanks!
