    average sizes?

From someone else who is thickly built, weightlifting ruins my chances of off the rack suits, XL or a size 16 is about the smallest shirt I can get into. As for pants, 36 or 38 is about my norm as well. I suppose if one got really, really trim 34. I have a horrible time picking out clothes!

The Dumbest Comment I Ever Heard

With a face only my Grandmother and a mobster can appreciate, I don't get many comments directed toward me from strangers. I have gotten the "Indy" comment from some family but it is better than what they usually call me;)

    Stetson Gun Club...any thoughts?

Just bought a Bear Creek Stetson, from noggintops. The snap brim is 2 3/8 which gives me plenty of shoulder movement for clay shooting. The felt is pretty soft and I am unsure how it would take to a hard rain but I like the casualness of it while still being a pretty classy fedora. Also have an...

    Pipes

Starting to see lots of familiar faces in here. Been a pipe/cigar guy since I was 19. My first pipe was a reward to myself upon my the birth of my son. I enjoy all types of tobacco but really like the straight virginia tobacs.

Out of the Humidor: The sad demise of pipe smoking

Altadis makes some quality potpourri that's for sure. Mac Baren has many blends that are room pleasing for others. They tend to bite the smoker:eek: As for loading the bowl, I drop a pinch in, lightly pack it...then repeat 2 more times packing a little tighter each time. Light the bowl once...
