    Horsehide jacket

    Hi all, Just received a gorgeous Horsehide jacket in fantastic condition! 1950s with a Mouton collar and warm, possibly wool lining? Made by Royal Oak outdoor clothing. Don’t really know anything about the company, so any info would be appreciated. Fits like a glove too!

    Actually, the pockets are orange cotton, so yes, had a new lining at some point .

    Hi mate, that is definitely exactly the same design, if not the actual jacket thanks for the extra info too about the zipper. I knew they started using them in the 50s, but most people have them as 60s /70s.
