If I would receive a hat deformed like that I would be mad. Sure you can reshape it but why was it flanged before or preshaped crown? Was it really just in a bag? I think he should secure the hat for shipping better. Sure that you can't get a hatbox all the time but this should not happen. -

Thanks. It is a a very nice hat. As I have explained in the comments of the Album the issues are minor and mostly me nitpicking. I am happy I have got it. I guess thst after waiting 2.5 years I got my expectations really really high. -

@belfastboy The liner was loose at the back. I put it back in place. I don't know maybe it was due to shipping. The leather sweatband has some issues where it is sewed.
