Talisker Storm, Ardbeg Uigeadail. Both good in their own way. Talisker is far more mellow but then Ardbeg isn't known for mellow -- and at 54.2%, Uigeadail is a bold offering. I'll have to give em both another go this evening.
The only one I've got -- Aero J106. Minus the belt and loops to keep from scratching the tank.
I'd like to get another, more heavily lined for the colder months (and about 3 more just because) but that's where I'm at right now.
That's never worked for me. I've seen it look good on someone else on occasion but I find I'm either having a black day or brown. My fit jacket was two-tone. Well done but not for me.
Of course. I'm just joking in the spirit of where this thread has gone. Certainly the quality of leather doesn't top out at the quality of a single picture.
ETA: and I'm sure many of us are looking forward to some better pics and feedback.
It is my understanding from reading these threads that only one jacket maker uses proper, full grain, veg tanned horse hide. All others are indeed using beef jerky as it is cheap and accessible. Smells great out of the box but it's not very durable and it's high in sodium.
I went in for the Connemara...sold out. I had to wait for the next afternoon's cup of coffee to get a pour of it. Ended up leaving with a bottle of (very off topic) Bulleit instead. Must be because I've been listening to so much country music lately.

Starbucks to...
That's what it's all about. Great jacket, spec'd out perfectly and in a perfect fit. What's not to like? Except maybe raising a kid with that level of familiarity with finer thing$.
I had the Redbreast 12 and it wasn't unpleasant but if anything, just didn't have much character to talk about. Of course I drank the whole bottle to make sure. I drank Jameson too irresponsibly for too long, now I can't touch it, the standard offering. The one with the black label is a marked...
I zip to ride or when weather requires, otherwise it's a throwover and go. That said for fit pics I do appreciate seeing both...particularly with diagonal zip jackets.
Strangely I went into the weekend on 80s anarchopunk...and have come out on another country/Americana kick. I've been listening to Hurray for the Riff Raff and Shovels & Rope. Two very different sounds but man is it something special. I often hate the revivalist country sound (same for other...
