Patience is probably the hardest skill to learn. Your choice of wood also has a lot to do with the no-sauce presentation. Personally, I love the flavor of meat smoked with Live Oak. Meat that is juicy and flavorful, you won't want to put sauce on it.- Pyroxene

What cigar (or pipe) did you smoke today?
First Cuban I had the pleasure of smoking a Partagas Serie D. No. 4 while on vacation in the Bahamas. Not the best cigar I had ever smoked but good. After that one I had a Diamond Crown Maximus Double Belicoso which had a MUCH better flavor profile.- Pyroxene
