    What is your favorite red lipstick brand/shade?

    I just received a sample of Avon's 'Super Red' lipstick, and let me tell you, as soon as I put it on I raced to the computer to see if I could order it. It's the best color, I've been using a very red-red lipstick and the Avon Super Red is a little subtler, but it moisturizes and looks so great!

    Hi all! I came across this website a couple weeks ago and I couldn't wait to read all the posts on forties lifestyle, and find other people as interested in that era as I am. The 40's and 50's are by far my favorite decades of that time. Nice to meet everyone!

    All I have to do is wear my bright 40's lipstick and put a couple reverse rolls in my hair and I find that men generally are much more chivalrous towards me. I find myself having the door held open for me a lot more than if I'm in normal streetwear, and being called 'miss' and 'dear' a lot more. :)
