tonyb.....hatter and a gentleman
I received this hat from Tony several months ago. It is Pecan Beaver and meant to be similar to a Whippet. In the last week I have worn it 5 times running errands and every time I went out, I got a compliment. Just love the fit, feel and look of the hat. Another outstanding job by Tony. -

This Raiders hat arrived in the mail from John Penman yesterday after a several month wait. My first custom hat and I am thrilled. John was a pleasure to work with and the hat fits perfectly. I am between a 5-3/8 to 5-1/2 so the custom sweat band and size is a real treat. I really like this hat. -

Good info re the 409. I have used that with great success. Just need to be careful with really old pens as it may damage the materials. For modern pens, I don't think it is a problem as long as you clean and flush but do not soak. Also, a little baby bulb syringe is helpful for directing...- Luscombe

Pelikan M600 Rollerball Mods Kirk, It's a little tricky but not hard. You'll need a few drill bits, and maybe a pair of pliers or small pair of vise grips. Also, a caliper is very helpful. Every day carry is a Pelikan 600 Green Roller Ball. I modified the inside of the end, very carefully, so it would allow the G2 gel refills to fit. The Pelikan roller ball refills were way too dry.
