So Gilda just started on TCM I just have to watch this one anytime it comes on. Glenn Ford was to my mind completely underrated as an actor, and of course there is Rita Hayworth. What more could you ask for on a frigid afternoon?
Just watched His Girl Friday this afternoon, and It happened one night this morning. I am at home today dealing with a broken boiler, no heat in this deep freeze is no good whatever.
I went through a Breaking Bad marathon watching the entire series, after that I watched Homeland seasons 1 and 2. Both were great shows but I think I'm enjoying Homeland more.
I just watched the series, and agree with quite a bit of whats being said here. The music is a bit of a problem for me, however red right hand is I think an inspired choice so you see I'm of two minds on that front. Over all I really did enjoy the series and am looking forward to the second series.
Watching "It Happened One Night" on TCM. There was a time when I just was not interested in this film, tonight it is just perfect. Watching it now it's easy to see the appeal that both Gable and Colbert had.
We got mad at that one up here in Canada as well, in the movie they say Canada was beaten in a week, the geography of that alone using ground troops would be impossible it's just too big.
I'm watching Fast and Loud Richard is worried about hail damage to a complete and running Ford Galaxie. Aaron point out that they routinely buy cars with doors missing and he's worried about hail?
