    Don't have enough posts on here yet to PM but I shot you a message on ebay. I'm going to try the hat stretcher like you suggested. If that doesn't work then I'll sell it but I'd really like to keep it. I think just a little more room might do the trick.

    Well the hat came in today and it is beautiful but unfortunately it's a bit too snug on my head. I went and tried on my old Resistol straw cowboy hat that I haven't worn in years and it also was tighter than I remember. Maybe my head has grown a bit?

    I'm no expert but I can't imagine there are a lot of these floating around out there. Stetson 100 Open Road with the Stetson leather trunk, hat stand, and keys. Wish it was my size...
