Cold Cream- Brands and advice!
I'm so sad! Our Target no longer has the Boots Cold Cream Rose (or anything else in their "Original Beauty Formula" line) They still had it about a month ago but now it is gone completely! Has anyone noticed if it is gone from all Target stores?- Caroline H
