Dinner earlier tonight was Thanksgiving sandwiches made from, you guessed it, Thanksgiving leftovers. Shredded turkey mixed with mayo/salt/pepper, and cornbread stuffing topped with cranberry sauce on a toasted slice of italian bread, and Coca Cola to drink. I look forward to this sandwich...

Was the breakfast your dinner? Because breakfast for dinner is spectacular...me, I had a piece of rye swirl toast with butter and a hard boiled egg. Yum!

Normally in my house we all have yogurt with honey and grape nuts and then maybe some toast with butter and jam and then a cup of coffee from the Keurig but yesterday morning I drove to the local bagel shop and I got an egg bagel with a side of cream cheese and lox...yummo!
