Picked up this amazing turquoise and silver cuff at Richardson's Trading Post in Gallup, NM today. (Finally! LOL!) I also found a cool beaded hat band at the flea market for my Dobbs Golden Coach. I've pretty much hated the cheap leather band it came with since I bought the hat like 5 years ago...
Great pieces! Is the Naja cast?
Somehow, I don't think I've shared this cuff. Bought it a couple years ago in a San Antonio antique shop. Lots of Native American artisans here in Albuquerque, Gallup, and Santa Fe have complimented me on it. Usually it's something like, "That's a great old...
My wife and I drove over to Gallup, NM yesterday to check out the shops. I put an amazing old Sleeping Beauty turquoise cuff bracelet on layaway. I say old cuff, because it's not stamped at all, and from what I've read and been told by Native artists, they started stamping their work in the mid...
Thanks! The color contrast between the ribbon and the hat is one of the best I've seen. And I absolutely LOVE the ribbon's width. I call it my "stupid wide ribbon"! [emoji23]

Worth Walden Dobbs Twenty today for the flea market and antique shops. Had to stop for lunch, which gave me an opportunity to use one of my vintage monogrammed handkerchiefs that I picked up last weekend. [emoji4]

I shared these in another thread and Bob Hufford suggested I share them in this thread, as well. My wife and I moved to Albuquerque a few weeks ago, and I've found some fantastic rings already. Picked up this sterling silver turquoise and coral ring made by Navajo jewelry artist Larry Spencer an...
Picked up this sterling silver turquoise and coral ring made by Navajo jewelry artist Larry Spencer an antique shop here in Albuquerque last Saturday. I've had the other turquoise ring for a couple of years. Picked it up in San Antonio.

The antique shops have been good to me lately. Found a gray Adam Premier Quality Harvard '40 that was marked $27. As I was trying it on, the vendor for that booth walked up and said she'd mark it down if I was interested. I looked it over some more, and she said she could do $16. No way I was...
Got my early voting digs on today. Vintage Resistol Explorer in Cinder. Happy Tuesday, everyone! Glad we got here when we did! [emoji16]

Thanks, Fruno and HatsRme! I guess it HAS been a while! Lol! Got me a new job where I'm on the computer all day, so my online life after hours has declined a bit! [emoji15]

Yeah, I don't worry too much about catching anything weird from hats. I figure if it doesn't smell weird, any bacteria or other killer substances are dead and gone long ago, since most of that stuff doesn't live too long away from living tissue or moisture. I generally just pick hats up and...
Found this Resistol Explorer in Cinder at an antique shop yesterday. It's a 7 1/4, which I NEVER find in the wild, the brim is 2 1/4" , and after a quick brushing to knock all the dust off of it, I am supremely satisfied with my $15 purchase!
There was no price tag on it, and when I brought it...
What a great idea for a thread! I'll throw in my contribution. My Dobbs Twenty that I picked up at an antique shop in Denton, TX in late April 2013. Paid a whopping $40 for it, if I recall correctly.

Lol! THAT would be some amazing delivery service right there! Especially considering I snapped these pics outside the laundromat this morning. Sadly, no new noggin covers headed direction at the moment. [emoji22][emoji23]
