Good news!
I have secured the absolute best fabric for this jacket. And can offer it in grey as well as black.
Available in Schoeller Shape with c_change technology. There is nothing like this out there!
Fellow loungers, I need help. Please spread the word of this kickstarter. If I succeed, I...

Hi,
Did you resolve this? I bought 5 or 6 leather sweat bands some time ago here and still have four or five of them in a box somewhere. PM me. I would be more than happy to pass one on since there is little chance I will use all of these. I did do exactly what you are talking about to an...
Greetings Gentlemen,
I found this on the floor of a thrift store in Flagstaf and my blood pressure went too high. It is exactly what it looks like, that Knox 20 we all dream of and it does not fit me.
Your gain...
Greetings,
I am faced with a daunting decision and hope to benefit from the wisdom present. Allen Edmonds Dalton in Shell Cordovan or Alden Wingtip Boot, also Cordovan.
I am willing to expand my considerations but these two seem exemplary examples of what I am hoping to achieve.
Thank you...
Why get a repro? The current issue Orchard is an awesome jacket and genuine to boot. Any decent surplus store should have them for under $300 or stop by the 2nd hand GI store by your local base. If there is a base near you in the Czech Republic. If not, ebay for under $300 all day.
Just finishing up "Roughing It," by Mark Twain and looking forward to "Walden." I slipped "Where I Lived And What I Lived For" in somewhere between Pyramid Lake and San Francisco before Hawaii in Twain's book, "Walden" and "Where I Lived And What I Lived For" being Henry David Thoreau, of course.

Style on the road
When I found the Fedora Lounge circumstances had coalesced in such an order that it became possible to refresh pursuit of the dream without the encumbrance of a partners perspective and desires (loss) nor geographically based responsibility (job).
The Lounge has helped...
Broader view
I am compelled to consider Victorian, Elizabethan and even Medieval style. I enjoy what the Steam Punk folks are up to, I consider myself a true punk at heart and I was raised a Hippy. I see traces of all these amongst fellow loungers as well and it does not take long to find our...
Traveling shoes
Currently in California. Escaping the rain in Seattle. Heading south, slow.
Just came from Yosemite. Now in Petaluma. Once around the Bay the next two weeks then...Arizona?
Optimism is healthier
Every where I go save the mundane Gateway Malls in central California I see Inferior fedoras for sale in drugstores and just barely passable hats in the trendy mall stores and styling boutiques. On art walks I see more and more real Fedoras, pork pies and bowlers on the...
