I was about to make a similar reply. I have read that Fepsa offers felts already pounced but what do I know? I have 3 hats from Hornskov and I am delighted with all three but I have no clue as to the whereabouts of his source for felt bodies.
I have custom hats from these three and I highly recommend each one (not in any particular order): Falcon Park Hattery, Gannon Hat Co., and Hornskov Hats. I am quite pleased with the craftsmanship of these artisans and all three gave excellent customer service as well as superbly crafted fedoras...
Now those are some beautifully crafted hats. Sometimes, I think the word "artist" (in description of a craftsman) is overused and presumptuous, but not in this case....this hatter seems the point where good and inventive art meets the excellence of a crafted piece.
