The Queen Mary is still kicking
First sailing in 1936, the ballrooms are still used for a variety of events and the very cool Observation Bar is still in full swing at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA.
Two not very well known Los Angeles golden era places are on sixth street in San Pedro, CA near the Port of LA. The Arcade Building across the street from the Warner Grand movie palace are timeless.
Terrific pics! A shame to see a place like this go away. Below is a music video shot at Maxwell Demille's Cicada Club in Los Angeles. Gives a great feel for the place.

I would love to hear about places in other cities anywhere in the world. If you are coming to Los Angeles the place I would suggest to stay would be the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Any other hotels or restaurants in other cities where a fedora would fit perfectly?
In Los Angeles there are places that are keeping the Golden Era alive. A few are...
The Cicada Club
The Queen Mary
Musso and Franks
What are some places you know of that are keeping the Golden Era alive for all to experience?
