I think A-1 you just know how to pull these pants off. For me, I readily admit that I used to have a slim/tight pants phase. I only gradually moved on to more tapered/straight tapered pants after liking more classic "style" instead of "fashion" clothing. I have tried hard to have some...
Sorry for posting this jacket again but I’m loving this one .. lol this time matching with mr freedom shirt , orgueil moleskin vest and mr freedom speedway jeans....
It's a lovely jacket Grayland. Don't hesitate to get it as I believe they are running out. Not sure if they will release every year though so might wait till the coming fall if they do release it again. Hope the price won't be jacked up though. I think this is quite a unique jacket, as one that...
Finally something from me not leather related lol :
Orgueil beach sack jacket, matched with the just bought from Tokyo mister freedom gypsy blues gilet gelado. Paired with random white shirt and pants.
Greatest wifey bought me a gift from london.... a belstaff cougar in cognac. Not to everyone’s taste here but i would treasure this gift and will give this quite a lot of wear
Thanks the reply l0fielectronic, which is very helpful.
To be clear, mine is the leather cougar in cognac. The paper tag actually says this ad verbatim: Mod: 76020001 Tes: L81N00650. COUGAR COGNAC. So it's definitely cougar. Basically it's exactly the cougar model but with updated hardware and...
I used to buy some second hand belstaff jackets way back when it wasn't sold to some other company for pretty good prices. I didn't buy any more belstaff jackets since then as there are many other options out there....
Recently my wife went to london and bought at their outlet a belstaff cougar...
I too dislike a leather jacket having so many patches on it.
Aesthetics aside, the OP does make me ponder interesting questions:
1. Are there any actual "retail" versions of these jackets for sale to the public? I .e. officially made racing jackets with official patches for sale to the...
Thanks Monitor!
Good question. The bulk of the time when I wear this was back in my london days. I was wearing it even when it was snowing. In HK there's still no problem given the weather is quite cold here at the moment. But the comp weight leather is a b**ch. I bought this back then because...
@dudewuttheheck what an awesome jacket! I have to agree with you that the cossack style is actually the easiest to match any clothing. My humble orgueil is definitely not as awesome as yours but I love it nevertheless.
The hide on your jacket is beautiful and so is the workmanship. Hope you...
I used to travel quite alot back in uni days.... now.... even have to second guess going to a place as near as Japan due to having a kid and what not....
But your post definitely pushes me to go to at least Japan for testing out the jackets !
Then it seems more impossible for me to get the RMC.... I tried calling the Hong Kong distributor here and they don't have size 38 (presumably my size) in stock... getting to try one seems difficult unless you are in Japan or london.
damn nice jacket! Congrats as it fits you well and looking good!
Reminds me of this jacket from pherrow's too: https://ameblo.jp/smaclo-f/entry-12205047884.html I am always interested in this but too darn expensive...
I think for all intents and purposes you may be right....and the grain on the jacket you posted is just awesome!
However, maybe I somehow place my emphasis on the "tea core" aspect of this model (which I know is not in the original anyways), as the effect may look cool in this particular...
