There was a time I had asked that same question. I love recreating old vintage hat tools. I have been wanting to make myself one for a year or so...but every time I make some...they are gone!..so this baby is mine. Probably go up with my favorite vintage brim flange..or toilet seat as my wife...
Finally had some time (last night around 1 am) to make myself a new tolliker. I have been busy with my real job and also making various hat tools and blocks for others.......but finally did it.
Now it will just sit on the shelf waiting for me to try it out some day....lol....and I am sure...
I could really use one of these should they become available again. I was going to try and replicate one that I saw from France....still trying to source the metal ribbon.
Thanks
Well...being a guy who makes his living making things out of wood...and an avid hat wearer/lover I am always intrigued by hat products especially those made of wood.
I have what I believe to be the ultimate hat stand/stretcher and that being the Jack Stand from the Penman Hat Company...
I have 2 hat brushes from Penman hats and just love them. I got the dark and light and they work really great!
I make all my other tools for hats. Blocks flanges tolkiers rounding jacks..ect.
I am in the market for a nice sponge for cleaning my hats though! Any thoughts??

Might you have a side shot of this guy?
Cheers
Tonyb,

We are currently working on a stretcher like is shown above. They are hard to find and can be expensive. Our goal is quality hat tools and blocks that are not out of reach for the weekend warrior or the professional hat maker. We also are fine tuning out 3 D duplicator to make complete sets...
Hello there,
Just wanted to jump in and let you know if you need a certain size of flange...we can make just about anything. Size is no problem and profiles are limitless. All I would need is a size and if it is a round oval reg oval or long oval and what kind of shape you are trying to...
