    The War

Jamespowers I agree with a lot of what you said but Kerry has actually served our country as I did. Bush? He took a way out of serving. Though he was in the military he had the priviledge of another way to avoid the military at the same time. Not very honorable as far as I can tell.

    Fourth of July

Actually theres probably been a lot of failures with OUR government. I remember when Clinton sent about 20? 19? cruise missles to Afganistan to try and kill Bin Laden. The republicans blasted him for that. I actually think he was a good president. Wise in world affairs but somewhat stupid in his...

I'll take that arguement. I will probably be unpopular here soon. I think we should have concentrated on Bin Laden and Al qeida. I think we have made Al qeida stronger than they were. Totally uneccesary. Theres one way to do whats right in the middle east. Stop supporting Isreal unless they get...

Im not talking about test scores. Listen to the words. From the mouth. Real presidents can articulate.

I think every man believes in something. Bush and Kerry. You and I. I guess it depends on whos judgement you trust. Sure if you have a history of voting for this and that you can pick out faults. But I pick more faults out of what I see from whos in charge right now and want to see if Kerry...

Cheney an idiot? I didnt mean it from an intellectual way, I meant it from a philosophical way and a political way. Cheney I suppose supports the bush doctrine. Or maybe he controls it. Rumsfield is just evil to me maybe Cheney to . To me Bush is just a stooge. I cant help it. I think evil...

Think a little more. All of these men think, I mean really think. They make the rules. I respect them all. The men who rule the world. I only know one thing. I would like a president who is smarter than I. Some how I don't think i have that now.

I think we all should be civil. But I have my views. My own. Bush, to me is a man who is not wise. It seems hard for him to make 5 sentences in a row. Or even two. All of that is depended on how you vote this year. Do you trust bush to do the right thing? In my view he hasn't done it so...

    The War

I remember hearing, before we went to iraq, that they had a missle that could go 97 miles or kilometers. I forget which. It was a couple miles or kilometers more than sanctions allowed. I remember thinking "oh yeah that sounds like a real threat to us". I think we would be much safer if all...

What's your poison, in news that is?

I rely most on Minnesota Public Radio And NPR. MPR does a good job of picking an issue, finding people from opposite sides (usually experts in their field of study) and then presenting both sides to the listener. It's the most fair I've heard anyway. BBC and CNN are also pretty good but they...

The Golden Era Radio section Just went to check out The Golden Era site. The radio section inspired me to post this reply. Maybe many of you know of this show and it might not everyones cup of tea but Garrison Keillers "Prairie Home Companion" on public radio stations is one that, while might...
