Stetson, Nutria, Art Fawcett refurb, 7 3/8

Looking for a particular Fedora
Try giving Park Melvin a shout. He can do a hat like that for less than what you quote in your initial post. He made me a coffee brown hat (no brim edge though), and I know he can do the teardrop bash to perfection. Just a thought. He's at Falcon Park Hattery. Google it.- Bill Greene

Leather Sweatband Sources
Absolutely. Call Jim at www.jwhats.com His name is Jim Whittington, and he makes those sweatbands, does embossing, etc. Now the sweat will need to be sized, and sewn together, but I think there are probably a few "how tos" on this site that will explain how to do that. Good luck.- Bill Greene

Carldelo: No, he doesn't use a conformer. Typically you measure your size, pick from either his existing models, or talk about your own desire, and he begins from there. In my own case, I was easy for him since I'm a fairly solid 7 3/8. Anything close to that size works well for my noodle...- Bill Greene
