The jacket is a copy of a very rare 1937 H.L.B. Corp.
The horsehide is a little bit thinner than Shinki, and softer. The finish is semi-aniline, and the shade is a dark russet tone.

Rare Cossack jacket from Goodwear Leather in horsehide. Lightweight, easy to wear. Almost shirt-like. Great look to the leather with all kinds of natural variation. Beautiful color. Gorgeous green satin lining.

Conmar zippers all around , main zip is Talon. Belt buckle unmarked. No tags, but I think that is because it was relined.
Any ideas?
Hey all, I recently purchased this Buco with the hopes of saving its life. It appears that someone has replaced the main zipper with... velcro. Honestly one of the dumbest things I've seen, but I imagine that it was perhaps for a reason of disability. Just my conjecture.
