Hmm... You don't have to reblock it if all you want is to remove the crease lines. If the plastic dome fits inside the crown, while wet, you can drape the crown with a cotton cloth and using an iron, mid temperature--and pressing strongly--iron the crease. Or you can send it to one of out... -

Yeah but doesn't the year go at the end in date formats? usually? But again, I could be wrong. It certainly doesn't look like a European format. Regardless, though, the hat is modern. -

Looks like late 80s to me based on liner, width of sweatband and cheap little white bow. and price. (I'm thinking the 92 in the price tag might be the date) I could be wrong, of course.
