Yeah, the stiffness has to do with how these sub-fino hats are woven. Thicker strands plus (sometimes) finished with some lacquer and whatnot. The Bailey's I'm wearing is fairly stiff as well. The Stetson Retro is virtually the same hat as the Ultrafino Havana and Gullport Reward. I've tried...- blueAZNmonkey
