The side adjusting strap on my Highwayman keep coming loose
Maybe try pulling them to where you want them, then getting them wet and holding them in that spot until they dry? Making sure they really conform around the rings.- devilish

GW 1939 Werber in the light Russet HH. Seriously considering putting an order in for one of these very soon. Maybe it's arrival will coincide with next years tax refund. I have a feeling that the light horse will age and darken in a beautiful way giving a wonderful patina.- devilish

My thought is this. If it's John Chapman that's making the jacket and it's your first from him (and possibly only) then it really should be an A-2. A question for the Irvin experts here. Did RAF ground crew get to wear Irvin's as well or was it just pilots? Honest question about italian mail.
I don't have any direct experience but some companies in Europe use DHL and by all accounts they usually deliver in 3-4 days. I have had stuff from the UK sent that way and it was very quick.
