    Brim Curls: Kettles, Pencill, etc.

Again just the woodworker in me - functionally nothing wrong with it but I'm looking at it thinking 'give that thing a sand! get rid of those pencil marks and that router burn!' I can't send anything out the shop door unless it's pretty. Sorry Brent, I couldn't help it.

    M.C. Gannon Hat Company

Thought I would share a little bit about how impressed I am with Michael's service and professionalism. I noticed after only a few times wearing my new Gannon that the print on the liner was smudging into the white just a bit. I mostly brought it up to him in case he had a bad batch or an issue...

    The Bowler or Derby Hat

I'm always so tempted to buy a bowler but I really feel it would sit unworn. I have my eye on one right now I might just go for it if the price doesn't get too high.

    Brim Curls: Kettles, Pencill, etc.

I feel as a woodworker I must say - that curling iron looks like it does it's job well but the finishing leaves a bit to be desired, is that how you got it? or is the burning from use etc.

Ebay Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

Good. That’s what I was hoping to hear. Didn’t bid as it’s too small for me. My guess was it would go for around $300 based on how well described and clear the listing was. I learned quickly there’s no point in getting involved until the last few minutes. Just has potential to drive up the...

Size 7, man I would be in trouble as my impulse control is practically nill. I sent you a DM with the hat I'm talking about.

    Boss of the Plains?

Ah ok. It's a 7 3/8 - one of those reproduction BOP's for Levi's in mint condition for about $275.00 but it's been up for a long time so probably cheaper. The seller is however in Europe.

    The Conversion Corral

This is my double garage home shop. Mostly used for solid wood furniture - Since I moved to a full scale millwork shop it doesn’t see much use. The hat corner is definitely coming soon! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I love em both. I have an embroidered last drop 3X and I love that thing, as well as my red nutria quality and my red Canadian stetson. But some of the old standard quality and early 1900's unlined fur felt hats just have a certain vibe that makes me happy.
