They had a lot of 50's and 60's stuff once......doesn't look like they still do :( Looks like it's all "tripps" and brand-name punk/goth clothing now, instead of "grab this old shirt/dress and make it look punky"
UHU make a rubberized glue which will fix them up nicely. Takes a lot longer to dry than it says on the tube. If you were in the US I'd reccomend "Shoe Goo" but I never saw that in the UK so am pretty sure that they don't sell it there
Time flies.............all I know is I closed my shop not long after the D-Day anniversary, after seeing business decline 90%+ in the following 2 months
There's no big anniversary this year.......the market always drops. Dropped significantly after the 60th D-Day anniversary a couple of yrs back, picked up a little, then died again. There haven't been any WW2 blockbusters recently either with which to drive up trade
