I'll let that last one segue into some of my collection of t.v. lamps.... Talk about archaic technology.....nowadays have we not only dispelled the notion that watching television in the dark is bad for your eyes, we can't even buy a t.v. that you can put a lamp on.- dh66

Just over 9 months from the time I ordered them, these new Wescos showed up today. The fit is amazing. They are some substantial boots. The leather is thick but not overly stiff, and just one of these is heavier than the pair of Fryes that I am finally replacing. I got a good 10 years out of...- dh66

Celebrated another trip around the sun today (all weekend, to be honest) at a cabin on Lookout Mountain with a bottle of Gentleman Jack. The hat for the trip was an old Towncraft that's been around a few times itself. I don't know anything about that bottle of wine, I didn't even try any of it. -
