It sure as heck doesn't look like Vicenza and it's absolutely not CXL as it's not pull up and they don't make any color close to that. Maybe it's natural or tan jerky?

Not sure if this is a deal at all, but it sure does look pretty cool.
I haven't emailed them yet because I'm not sure I want to go down this rabbit hole currently, but does anyone know if they have access to very light wearing and light colored hides like natural or cream or off-white?
We don't have VAT in the US, at least not like Europe. So TB pays a non-VAT price, buying in bulk and they will also save on customs duties that one would typically get dinged with on any jacket valued over $800 USD. Depending on the state you live in, that's anywhere from 6-9% approximately...
I would love to see that Valstarino suede when you get it. They are a fantastic brand and well respected in classic menswear. I always like their suede A-1s.
Laugh if you guys want, but 90% of my closet comes from Spier & Mackay. In my opinion, there is not a better brand in classic menswear for the price. They have a large following on Styleforum.
Just reiterate again in the next email reply your specs and everything you want exactly.
Yes, the language is not perfect, but if you just politely repeat yourself and ask if it's understood then you'll be happier in the end knowing you are on the same page.
Thanks guys! It's funny because it's this jacket that made me start following @dudewuttheheck on IG, so clearly it was indeed always intended to be in my hands. I'm glad I never ended up ordering it from Aero direct as I originally planned to :).
My new to me Aero A-1, formerly the brainchild of @dudewuttheheck and made by Greg Field when he was still with Aero.
Badalassi tobacco cowhide and olive knits and thread. I always loved Aero’s A-1 design even more so than the more accurate reproductions on the market today, so I’m pretty...
I understand most would do that, but also sometimes life just gets in the way and you have to let go of something. Or let's say your body changes over time and you can no longer fit something. To lose a few hundred bucks on another brand like Vanson, Aero, Thedi, Kelso, etc. is acceptable...
I've never seen a single Himel jacket sell anywhere close to what he charges retail. You literally lose a Thedi or Aero brand new as soon as he ships it out the door.
With that said, he does make some nice looking jackets, but I hate his label. It's so B level and makes the jacket seem cheap.
