The roomy cut of the Aero jackets has it's advantages. It offers enough room be worn over the Manduca, so I can carry our son around when we go out. :D
The leather looks amazing and the jacket suites you very well. :eusa_clap0
I just can't understand the sizing mess at Aero Leathers. I mean you are about 1,90 meters tall with a biger cheast meassurement then 40", still the size 40 is what fits perfectly. It's like with my A2. I...
They do not offer this jacket in HFQHH on their website but if you ask for it to be made out of HFQHH they will make you one, but it will cost you extra. When I ordered mine I payed 600,00 GBP instead of 495,00 GBP.
This Vanson modified modell B horse hide jacket was my first real leather jacket. I got it September 2001 and wore it 6 years on a every day basis, summer and winter, heat, rain and snow. No other jacket was needed or even touched. It is still my favorite jacket and I wear it a lot. :)
I never got into Whisky, I'm more the Rum drinking kind of guy. Nothing better then a Ron Zacappa Etiquette Nagra (the old one, not the Solera), combined with a good cigar and if necessary a comfortable leather jacket. :)
A member of the filmjackets.com forum was so kind to post pictures and meassurements of his jacket in size L. http://www.filmjackets.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4544
I would love to see some pictures of the actual jacket as well, not just the promo pictures on the restoration hardware site. Oh and some meassurements would be great. Somehow that Schott size chart is a bit strange. :)
These are Diesel Cassidy boots. But they look more ore less like the Iron Rangers from Red Wings.

It is a Filmjackets Bruno Half Belt. But since this one got sorted out for QC reasons I didn't mention the name, because it is not represenative to the quality they usualy sell.
I pickt this one up for a steal on eBay (26,22 $). It was sorted out by the Manufacturer because of some QC issues (one visible mark on the back, a few visible marks on the sleeves, stitching not allways that streight). It is a size 44 with 26,5" sleeves. I dare you to try and spot the QC...
I decided to sell my Belstaff Panther. It is the leather jacket in my closet that gets the least wear time.
The jacket is in good condition. Only defect is, that the seam between body liner and sleeve liner obened up a little. Nothing a tailor couldn't fix for $ 5,00.
Asking 500,00 € +...
My first leather jacket was a highwayman knock off (as I know today) from a company called Gipsy. I bought it around 1997 / 98 when I was in my early twentys
The second leather jacked was a custom made Vanson HH jacket that I still wear on a regular basis.
Right now I got 6 leather...
