What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

I WISH I could buy a hat like that today for $140. You can spend $500+ (custom or factory) and still never achieve that quality. Those pre-40's Stetsons are in a class all by themselves.

That's a gorgeous liner as well!! There's just something about navy blue with gold. Reminds me of a navy blazer with gold buttons....always classy

If that hat was one of Gene's, it is most definitely something special. Check out this thread. It talks about the snap brim homburgs. I think your hat would fit perfectly in there. http://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/the-snap-brim-homburg.20159/

What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

Wow, that is not only a beautiful creased crown profile, but that rear curl is simply spectacular. That is truly a special hat. I remember seeing posts from both Dinerman and Robert that showed American hats with that style. They were half homburg, half fedora. It was a short lived style in the...

Do you have more pictures of the rear flange of that hat? It looks like the rear flange is super high and cupped but the front is fairly flat. (almost homburg-ish or lords hat-ish) I love that style. I have only seen it on a few hats.

Open Crown Stetsons: A Call (Plea) to Retailers!!

Interesting, Tom......I would think Hatco would be releasing EVERYTHING with the 150 year branding that was made in 2015. It was quite a momentous occasion and its something to be remembered for years to come. Missed opportunity by HATCO indeed!

    FOR SALE - Borsalino Alessandria 1990's Brown 7 1/2

Up for sale is a great modern Borsalino Alessandria. Its missing the size tag, but according to the sweatband measurements, this hat is a 7 1/2. The felt is a brown with greenish tint. The felt, liner, sweatband leather, and ribbon are in excellent shape. There is a tiny bit of wear on the brim...
