Was so good Hubby went back into the kitchen for a couple slices of bread to "sop" up the gravy. Not a speck was left behind. He requested the entire meal as a weekly offering. Ha!
Tuesday: beef soft tacos (taco salad for me).
Wednesday: Korean pork, jasmine rice, and broccoli.
Tonight: round steak, gravy & mashed potatoes, whatever veg is in the freezer for Hubby, green salad for me & Lily.
Homemade fish & chips, green salad with extra avocado & white balsamic and shallot dressing.
Lily's favorite part of dinner? Homemade tartar sauce. She asked to lick the serving spoon.
Sourdough toast with slices of perfectly ripe avocado & sharp cheddar, crispy bacon on the side, cup of Lady Gray tea.
Hubby & Lily had American cheese omlette, buttered sourdough toast, crispy bacon, and avocado on the side. Hubby had unsweetened lemon-ginger probiotic tea (fighting a cold)...

Yesterday, toasted bagel & whipped cream cheese, fruit salad (mango, blueberries, Bing cherries, red grapes, watermelon, black plum).

Last night, street tacos with carne asada (marinated in oil, kosher salt, smoked pepper, garlic, cilantro, lime juice), avocado, and jack cheese. S'mores for dessert.
Tonight, big salad. Green and red leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, jack cheese, bacon, turkey breast, and Ranch...
Frittata with leftover tri-tip & smoked cheddar cheese, buttered toast, crispy bacon, fruit salad (nectarine, plum, blueberries), coffee for Hubby (with whole milk and cinnamon), Lady Gray tea with Turbinado sugar for me, water for Lily.
Buttered toast with a slice of cheese on top, crispy bacon, fresh red plum, and a cup of Twinings Lady Gray tea with Turbinado sugar.
Lily had the same, minus the tea.
