Nothing really. Cordovan HH with Olive cotton lining . Only change was not having storm cuffs. Really not a fan of them . It’s my first proper leather jacket, didn’t want to get too complicated.
I really wasn’t very specific was I !!! I much prefer traditional/vintage styles and someone here mentioned what type of bike. If ( and it’s currently a big if) I get a bike it’ll be a Ducati Diavel.
Hi all. I’m loosely considering another motorcycle and wanted some advice on this . Really not a fan of the out and out bike jackets that are probably excellent on the bike but ( to me anyway) , look a little odd when walking around.
Now regarding colours, you really have to talk to Greg, his website doesn't show everythign he can do nor does it show everythign he has available.
The colour information came from Greg, not his webpage.
I didn’t come on here to start arguments or bad feeling. I apologise if that’s the impression the members have received. All I did was post a question and I think it was taken out of context.
All it tells us is that currently I’m correct regarding colour choice . When I posted this fact I was told I was wrong. It doesn’t say anything about the value of the jackets. As I stated in my first post, I don’t doubt for one second that there is fit and finish differences. I just said that...
Aero seems to be really hated on here , don’t know why. There’s loads of jackets from them that are still in great shape that are quite old. The build quality can’t be that bad .
Enjoy it while you can. You know as well as I do that once his name becomes more recognised the world over his prices will skyrocket. Every company does the same thing .
Leather aside- Aero jacket here (England) £740. Field is £1000. So here at least 25% anyway. I appreciate, as you say, that it doesn’t always equate to better products, but it should.
