Nice! I like the intricate woven patterns, but especially the Luxira. Are they vintage? They remind me of the very late 70s-early 80s period before the really skinny ones came back in style.
I've collected vintage ties for a few years (decades, truthfully) but a Hollyvogue has always eluded me. Until now! Not only does it have the buckstitching on the end, a feature I've long admired, but it has little brass studs trimming the bridle of the larger of the two horse heads. AND some...
Thanks Bob!!
I did a little investigating after seeing your post. It's barely visible any more, but there is a stamp inside the sweat band like in @Dinerman's hat.
The first pic is the one yo shared of his. The second is what's in mine. I can barely make out the end of Harrisburg across the...

That's an impressive haul, Bob! Not a bad one in the lot....unless you factor in that none would fit me. That Bandera has an interesting looking crease on it.
Flea and estate sale finds from this morning. Caught the black Poulson's fedora at a flea down in Northport, and stopped by an estate sale on the way home where I picked up an old Wright-McGill fly rod and blow mold Santa.
These weren't a quarter, but they were under $5 for the pair. An unbranded hand-painted with a fishing theme (rod and flies, but no fish....just like my last trip to the river) and a Seneca Cravat with a dog on it. I was in Baltimore back in the fall and found a dog head tie in a vintage shop...
It's a shame about that dye job. I recognize that stitch pattern from some you've posted....and if I'm remembering right, you could see those lines in the dark. I guess that was just too much for somebody.
