    Post New Hats Here!

My first Playboy (hat) .. Very lightweight, thin felt, reminds me of my Borsa Ecospo that way. Now to revisit some Short Balding Guy and Frunobulax posts for some bash ideas ; )

How many hats do you have?

At least hats are eeeeasy to ship! Try shipping an old 78rpm a 75lb amplifier or one of these ... we're talking a multi hour proposition packing some stuff up. Btw I'm trying to keep it under 20 hats ; ) 1925 Federal Type 61

OTHER THAN eBAY Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

I understood the "123" block and width of ribbon were the similarities? Felt on this hat is really wonderful .. not sure yet how it compares with a Playboy. Stefan's pics to jog our memories.

OTHER THAN eBAY Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

Thanks .. my first "official" Playboy .. Stefan was kind enough to pass along that gorgeous raw edge black Medalist which I understand is similar to a Playboy. Still need to get that one to succumb to my bash-wishes. What year do you put the above Playboy? I get confused with size tags with...

    STETSON 7x CLEAR BEAVER QUALITY

Beautiful hat and you two look great together! Right above your post is one of mine regarding my only 7X .. I gotta say when mine arrived I didn't know what to think. From reading about 7Xs on the Lounge I expected an <especially> luscious kind of felt. My 7X, while it's finish-hand (is that a...

    Western, anyone?

c1950 Embroidered 3X Western weight with a real soft hand. The Toggery was opened by the Huffman's in 1916 in Willcox AZ and closed it's doors in 2002. I wonder if this hat belonged to Bruce Huffman or if all Stetson's out of Bruce's, The Toggery, were labeled like this particular 3X...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Looks good to me .. If pressured you could talk about shoulders and therefore sleeve length? You're already wearing a sweat shirt + T ? Here in New England that fit would totally allow for some creative layering. Btw I am definitely going do this to a Bates at some point. Edit. Now that look...

Photos of cool jackets owned by others (non-brand specific)

I remember two different occasions where blue, 40, collared Bates' languished for sale. One taunted me half an hour from my house (I'm a 42). Come to think of it, my brown collared 40 went two or three rounds on eprey b4 it sold for $150. You'll nab one soon enough : )
