Now it's getting much harder to avoid buying this jacket. It's the right size, it's an amazingly beautiful jacket that was well designed. Quality is top-notch. Seller is great guy. Price you pay for what you're getting - pretty difficult to resist.

I found they run a size small. I am a standard 40 and the 42 fit perfectly. 40 wouldn’t have worked. Narrow through the shoulder and chest.

Literally same jacket. I have both and no difference in thickness. They create a Noster and then cut off belt/epaul. Literally how they create the jacket. I will say, if you really like the style of the Leon with the belt and epaul, buying a Custom will not suddenly make you want one less.
Yes they shipped from Japan to the US. Again, easiest way I found was to use search on Instagram for the jacket and the contacting the store. Took a minute to find one that what ship but wasn’t too much trouble. You can try California Harvest or outside Japan, Pancho and Lefty. Not sure these...
Get on Instagram and check their page. Then search for Japanese stores that post their stuff. I sourced my jackets from a few good stores in Japan.

You could easily have that repaired but I’d be willing to bet it’s not a Cal. And if age is correct, would be Star Glove (original name before changed to Cal.). I’ve never seen that pattern from Star Glove or Cal. Could be wrong but I’d be very surprised.
