£400 would most certainly be with the cheapest cotton fabric. Using a good quality suiting the likes of J&J Minnis or Fox Bros. would cost you significantly more at Luxire's, I am sure. Qirrel has an Etsy shop, so he is certainly open to PMs.
I'd rather take it to a tailor locally if I were you. Thus you can micromanage, which is essential. You can surely find a bespoke tailor who makes you what you want for the same price as Luxire. Not every tailor has Saville Row prices. I have seen too many blunders by Luxire just with my shirts...
Not in the US, but in the UK and probably your best bet is SJC. Currently in the pipeline are a 1930 winter suit and a 1918 winter suit, both in an American style. Both are due in September.

How is the sleeve length of these shirts? LVC knitwear often has long sleeves suitable for me, but I don't know about the shirts. Usually RTW shirts are not an option for me. The measurements given at END clothing are strange, maybe pit to cuff, which is totally useless. It should be a law to...
Just what I was looking for, Papperskatt. A pattern would be awesome, but even just to have some measurements would be very helpful. Length of the collar points, collar height at the back and height of the collar stand back and front, please. :)
