Clearing out some of the collection I rarely wear.
I’ve a beautiful Dobbs for auction on EBay. The felt is buttery soft and a wonderful Pearl gray color. Check it out...
Hey folks. I’ll be moving along some of the pieces from my collection that don’t see as much use as they should. I’ve had most of these over fifteen years and have been well taken care of. First up is a beautiful Pearl gray Knox Fifteen on eBay.

I was saddened to wake up to this news yesterday. Dan was one of the NYC locals who was always good company and knowledgeable on a variety of topics.
He leaves behind a huge group of friends that will miss and keep him in their thoughts.
This was terrible news to wake up to today. Dan was one of the old time Fedora Lounge / NYC guys I used to meet up for lunch with in the mid to late 2000s. He was always an affable guy. I never heard him say a bad word about anyone.
Condolences to his family and many friends. He will be missed.
My personal dislike about the color or accessories aside what makes the suit look awful IMHO is the fit and appearance of the material. The fit is god awfully tight and feels like it would be so uncomfortable to wear. The suit material looks so cheap.
I wasn’t a trendy guy back in the 80s and...
We just finished Missions on Amazon Prime. Worth it if your taste in science fiction runs deeper than simplistic 'action films in space'.

That is some lovely work MichaelRhB!
I'm sure the model raiway guys are aware of this but the rest of us might not be. Check out Rod Stewart's amazing model railway.

With the Covid situation and working from home I’ve let my beard grow. I tend to trim it back when it gets too unruly. Having worked in white collar positions most of my life I am enjoying not shaving as much. The upside- I received my first senior discount at the supermarket! I’m 51 but my...
16 years for this guy too. As a result of the Lounge I’ve met good people who’ve not only broadened my love of vintage but life experiences too.
Here’s to another 16
I have always respected Houdini using his name, celebrity, and vast understanding of his craft to expose spiritual hucksters whose sole aim was to defraud a susceptible public. I cringe when I see these same crooks today attempting the same old scam.
I have the Red Wing Weekender Chukka and LOVE them! Comfortable right out of the box and only feels better with use. I can wear them all day and do a lot of walking and never think about my feet. The run slightly large, I went down 1/2 size.
They're a pricer than Clark's. I've been thinking...
