    Nope. First horsehide jacket I ever held was an Aero (Vicenza) and I was amazed at how light it was. Didn’t seem that stiff either. But I’ve got a steerhide Aero and it’s heavy.

    In my experience this helped a bit with a wrinkled lambskin Cole Haan jacket I had before I got into vintage leather jackets. I hung it outside my shower to get it steamed then ironed it with a dry pillowcase. I wouldn't bet on it going away on its own, it would probably take repeated ironings...

    Hmm...they got back to my 2nd email promptly and sent me a return label. So ultimately I would say this is UPS's fault and not Noble House's. But I wonder why they didn't respond to the first email? Both were sent to the exact same address.
